Following the wide spread of the Corona virus disease, measures to curb and stop the spread of the disease is being adopted by both the Federal and State Government.
Anambra State Government has joined the bandwagon, in placing a ban on all public gatherings and also ordered all tertiary institutions in the state to proceed on mandatory vacation.
The Amanbra State Governor Willie Obiano, released a press statement to that effect.
According to the statements, public gatherings are outrightly banned beginning from Monday, March 23, while universities in the State are to proceed on mandatory vacation from March 20.
Hand shaking, hugging and all other form of contact salutation or greeting is strongly discouraged. And a distance of four feet should be maintained between customers and traders.
