ASUU Strike Ilegal Declares Federal Government (photo)

The Federal Government has condemned the on-going two week warning strike embarked upon by ASUU, claiming it’s Ilegal.

The minister of Labour and productivity, Dr Chris Ngige, disclosed this after the Federal executive council meeting held in Abuja.

The minister claimed that ASUU did not follow laid down laws and procedures, before embarking on the two week warning strike.

He claimed he was in shock, saying the government was not given a compulsory notice. He concluded by saying ASUU cannot withdraw services and still want to be paid.
