PRINCE Albert II of Monaco has joined the rapidly growing list of people tested positive for coronavirus.
The Palace of Monaco confirmed its ruler has tested positive for the new corona virus in a statement made available to the public on Thursday.
The king seems to be the first head of state who has publicly confirmed he has contracted the deadly virus.
The Monarch in his statement advised his people to respect confinement measures.

Monaco is a small country with a population of less than 40,000 people . So far the country has recorded nine cases of coronavirus.
