Chinese man quarantined at Lagos airport after coughing during flight

A Chinese national has been quarantined by health officials at the airport after he reportedly coughed on an Addis Ababa-Lagos Ethiopian Airlines flight and twice at the arrival hall of the Murtala Mohammed international Airport(MMIA) in Lagos state.

According to reports, the Chinese man was first of all separated from other passengers before officials of the Lagos State Centre for Disease Control were alerted to carry out further tests on him.

Mrs. Victoria Shin Abah, the Regional Manager of MMIA, said they were still expecting the results from the Lagos State Center for Disease Control.
