The Chairman of Nsukka Local Government Area, Hon. Chinwe Ugwu has reportedly moved on from sharing wheel barrows to empowering women in the local government she heads with shovels, head pans, and trowels.
According to Chijinkem Ugwuanyi who took to Facebook to share photos from the empowerment program, alleged that the local government head shared fifty head pans, fifty shovels and fifty trowels.
