Once again, billionaire Femi Otedola has been honoured for his philanthropic activities In Africa. He was presented with the African Person of the Year award for his philanthropy and charitable contributions to the society.

The award which is organized annually by the African Leadership Magazine in South Africa saw his daughter DJ Cuppy receieve the award on her fathers behalf.
The event which attracted loads of African policy, diplomatic and business leaders including the President of the African Development Bank, Akinwunmi Adesina among others was an improvement on the previous edition as organization was top notch.
