A member of the Diobu vigilante group at D- tiger area of Illabouchi, mile 2 Diobu Portharcourt in River State, named Kelvin Dapper has been shot in his buttocks by gunmen Suspected to be cultists.
The suspected cultist numbering about five, stormed the street in a Toyota Camry car and opened fire on the vigilante members.
The victim Kelvin Dapper, was hit by one of the bullets which pierced his buttocks and laps. He is currently receiving treatment at the River State University teaching hospital.
