Lagos State Government hints on stopping Sunday and Juma’at services (photo)

The Lagos State Government, has given a hint on its decision to ask churches and mosques in the state to suspend their weekly services and gatherings, due to the wide spread of the Corona virus epidemic.

Mr. Gbenga Omotosho, Lagos State commissioner for information, disclosed that the decision was made after a brief meeting on wednesday. He added that religious leaders will be advised to shut down services due to the spread of corona virus, in the interest of the general public.
