Argentina international and Manchester United goalkeeper, Sergio Romero 32, was involved in a serious car crash beside the club’s Carrington training base on Monday January 20.

The Manchester United’s No 2 goalkeeper, smashed up his Lamborghini worth £170,000, near to his club’s training ground and escaped the accident unharmed.

In the photos from the scene of the accident, the Lamborghini can be seen underneath a roadside barrier while Romero is seen standing to one side of the wreckage. It appears the goalkeeper was travelling on the A6144M when the accident occurred.
