Naira Marley sends message of warning to all ”Marlians”

Popular controversial Nigerian singer Naira Marley has sent out a strong message of warning to his fans, popularly known as Marlians.

A lot has been said about the singer’s fans Marlians – some of them in jest and some as criticisms. Marlians are considered as people who do take to any rules but make their own rules instead and this has caused many young people to get themselves into trouble as a result.

Few days ago some secondary school female students were suspended for starting a Marlian cult group in school.

Parents and some pastors, including Apostle Chris Omashola, have blamed the decay in society and in Nigerian youths on Naira Marley’s influence on children, which they say has not been positive.

Apostle Omashola even claimed that God revealed to him that Naira Marley is a demon and his songs are demonically inspired to destroy the future Nigerian youths.

Well, the singer has recently taken to his Twitter page to sent out an advice to his fans, urging them to enjoy their youthful life but to also ensure that they do not destroy their future.

He tweeted: “As a Marlian u have to enjoy your youth but don’t destroy your future.”
