Residents siphoning diesel from fallen tanker on Ozumba Mbadiwe road, Lagos (Video)

Today, February 22, 2020 a tanker carrying diesel fell on Ozumba Mbadiwe road in Victoria Island, Lagos.

After the tanker fell off, residents in he area gathered at the scene, siphoning diesel from the fallen tank with their kegs and other containers.

It was gathered that the increased number of people trying to scoop their own share of the fuel has led to serious traffic along that axis of the road.
