The South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, has announced there will be a total lock down in the country from March 26, in a bid to curtail the spread of corona virus disease in the country.

The decision was necessary, due to the rising increase of corona virus confirmed cases in the country.
The confirmed cases of corona virus, increased from 274 to 402 on Monday, March 23.
He went further to disclose that the sit at home order will be effective from March 24 to April 16. And essential services personnel like police, health care workers and those involved in food supplies are not included in the sit at home order.
